I like fun things.  I love to find great stuff for my store and share it with my friends.  I love pink and green, the beach in the morning, painted toes, amazing paper, a good steak, chocolate, girls night out, the smell of rain and of lemons, my not-so-little girl, and being my own boss.

I hate waiting in line, eggs and anything fake…including people and flowers. 

I am painfully honest, a tiny bit messy, and a good and loyal friend.  I go the extra mile, I fight for what I believe to be right and true and I’m a pretty good mom.

Deanna Vecrumba - "Mom" to me!

My mom Dee is ready and willing to help me...and you...any time at all!  She's got a sassy ponytail and the prettiest face you have ever seen on a grandma.  Dee just retired after 5 million years of running her own business, Next To New Clothing.  She likes reading, spending time with her best four-legged friend Lucy and helping her kids.  She let's Big Sam cook for her A LOT and loves to run to the mailbox to see what movie Netflix has delivered. 

Sue Dyson - "Aunt Sue" and over-all good egg

You will find Aunt Sue filling in at the store from time-to-time.  You'll recognize her as the petite lady with the stylishly short hair and  smashing jewelry.  Aunt Sue loves her dogs, the Times crossword puzzle, sunning by her pool and classic cars.  She enjoys agility training with a very snarky little pooch and spoiling her nieces, nephews and friends.

Melissa Werner - Super Substitue and really great Gal-Pal

Melissa works at the shop occasionally and assists with special events.  She is a wonderfully attentive mommy to Madelyn and a super dog mom to Max.  She has a passion for cool bags, camping and hanging out with her 4 sisters. Missy loves to take photos of everything and enjoys most every food but hates flip flops and working out!  With her bright and welcoming smile, you won't be able to miss her!

Jennifer Meyers - Accountant Extraordinaire and fantastic friend

Jen crunches the numbers at Pushing the Envelope and, remarkably,  never seems to mind the "creative accounting" practices of the proprietor!  She loves to read, easily completes any sudoku puzzle that comes her way and is a super soccer mom to Megan.  Jen is a bit shy but has a REALLY funny and dry sense of humor - reserved only for her BFF's!  She loves Penn State football and makes the bestest lemon squares in the northern hemisphere.

Our Business

Pushing the Envelope began as an in-home business in the summer of 2006.  Quickly realizing that her passion for paper was beckoning her to a larger retail outlet, Becky Garvey took a deep breath and opened PTE in its current location in September 2007. 

How to Find Us

Traveling on Lititz Pike (501 north) you will come to the intersection of Lititz Pike and Buch Avenue.  Turn right in to the Village at Fiddlers Green.  Pushing the Envelope will be on the right as you drive in to the complex.  Plenty of parking is available.
